Together with around 400 representatives from business, science, politics and other stakeholders in North Rhine-Westphalia's innovation ecosystem, Minister of Economic Affairs Mona Neubaur is speaking today at a full-day congress on the topic ‘Together innovative - strengthening cooperation and promoting transfer’.

During the congress, key questions will be discussed on how to best utilise the innovative potential in North Rhine-Westphalia through cooperation in the development of innovations and knowledge and technology transfer. Various panels will highlight the role of the diverse players and initiatives and discuss how knowledge and technologies from science can be transferred to industry. In addition, the transformation challenges and the necessary political framework conditions will be discussed.

The Innovation Congress NRW is intended to provide a platform for the exchange of ideas, good practices and lessons learnt in the implementation of innovation projects, and provides participants with the opportunity to network. In addition, around 30 exhibitors will be giving information about the wide range of support available in North Rhine-Westphalia for promoting innovation, cooperation and transfer.
